Goodyear Condos

There are actually very few condo complexes in Goodyear. Over the past few years developers have opted to build single family homes over Condos in Goodyear. Along with single family homes condo prices have started to level off, although there are far fewer condos for sale. Condo prices range form 40k-250k depending on location and upgrades.
